Mrs. Tsang Heh Kwan 

Mrs Tsang was a trained bio-chemist, food-science professor, and a strong leader. She strives to produce healthy, quality food products in the most sustainable way.

曾女士是一名訓練有素的生物化學家,食品科學教授,並且是一位強有力的領導者。 她致力於以最可持續的方式生產健康,優質的食品。

She dedicated her life time researching and perfecting not only soy bean products formulas, but also other processed food, such as soya milk, instant noodles, syrup, candies, food (de)hydration & canning, pickled ginger, and Chinese Herbal Based Soups and Drinks, etc. 

她一生致力於研究大豆製品,還研究其他加工食品,例如豆奶/ 豆漿,方便麵,糖漿,糖果,生熟食品(脫水)和罐頭生產,醃製食品和中草藥湯和飲料, 等等

Mrs. Tsang orchestrated the whole establishment of the factory from the design blueprint to construction to manufacturing to daily operation.  with the help of only 3 employees through out these 40 years 

整個工廠的建設,從設計藍圖到建造,生產再到日常運營,都是曾女士精心策劃的。
